Former CIH President to Chair Plus Dane Group

Neighbourhood investor, Plus Dane Group, is pleased to announce that former Chartered Institute of Housing President, Robin Lawler, has been appointed as Chair of the Group’s Cheshire Board.

Neighbourhood investor, Plus Dane Group, is pleased to announce that former Chartered Institute of Housing President, Robin Lawler, has been appointed as Chair of the Group’s Cheshire Board.

Robin, who formally stood down as CIH President earlier this year, will lead the Cheshire subsidiary Board for the Group, a social landlord which owns and manages more than 18,000 homes across Merseyside and Cheshire and employs over 800 people, with an asset value in excess of £560m.

Robin commented:

“I am looking forward to working with the Board and staff of Plus Dane Cheshire. I hope to help the organisation build upon the great work they do across Cheshire.”

With vast experience in the housing sector as Chief Executive of Manchester Arm’s Length Management Organisation Northwards Housing in addition to his roles with the CIH, Robin will oversee the delivery of Plus Dane’s Neighbourhood investor mission in Cheshire, where the Group owns and manages over 4,600 homes.
