Julie Gill

Julie has worked in senior roles across the public sector, including local government, housing, regeneration and education and is currently a Chief Officer for Cheshire Constabulary, taking the lead on Business Services for Cheshire Police as part of the Chief Constable's force leadership team. She has many years of experience at board level covering finance, commercial and property management, change management and HR in her various roles.

Julie has worked in senior roles across the public sector, including local government, housing, regeneration and education and is currently a Chief Officer for Cheshire Constabulary, taking the lead on Business Services for Cheshire Police as part of the Chief Constable's force leadership team.  Asset management is a key aspect of her work and she is currently actively involved in the "One Public Estate" work alongside councils, NHS and other partners to better use public land to support economic growth, including housing.

Julie has many years of experience at board level covering finance, commercial and property management, change management and HR in her various roles.  Prior to joining Cheshire Constabulary, she was a Strategic Director of Resources at Cheshire West and Chester Council, during the planning and implementation of local government reorganisation.  She had also undertaken the Director of Resources role at Merseyside Police, as well as working in strategic finance at Liverpool John Moores University.
