Neighbourhood investor, Plus Dane Group is delighted to announce that the Group will be appointing four new Board members.

The move supports strong Board appointments made last year following Linda Minnis taking up the role as the Group’s Chair along with two fellow Board members Sandra Palmer and Anne Davies, further building on Plus Dane’s new approach to governance.

The strengthened Board will include housing and regeneration sector leaders Mervyn Jones and Tom Murtha, financial services specialist Gerard Lane and experienced finance professional from the commercial sector, Anthony Barwise.

The four new members will formally be appointed to the Plus Dane Group Board following its AGM on 19th September 2013.

Linda Minnis, Chair of Plus Dane Group, said: “I am delighted to welcome our new Board members, which, along with the recent appointment of our new Cheshire Chair, further supports our commitment to strengthening our Boards.
